LogiFlow Solutions manages a complex logistics network spanning 12 distribution centers and 300+ delivery routes across North America. Their legacy planning tools were spreadsheet-based, leading to suboptimal route planning, frequent stockouts at retail locations, and inability to respond quickly to demand changes. We designed and built a custom supply chain optimization platform with a real-time optimization engine that considers hundreds of variables including distance, traffic, vehicle capacity, delivery windows, and fuel costs. The platform features an interactive dashboard for operations managers, automated reorder point calculations, predictive demand forecasting, and a mobile driver app for real-time route updates and proof of delivery.
